Egypt Warns Tel Aviv Against Unilateral Rafah Crossing Move

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Egypt has warned the Zionist regime through various channels, including direct meetings in Cairo within the past 48 hours, against any unilateral reopening of the Rafah crossing. Sources familiar with the matter told reporters that Egypt insists on a two-way opening of Rafah to allow Palestinians to both leave and enter the Gaza Strip.
The Zionist regime reportedly intends to open the crossing solely for Palestinians to exit Gaza towards Egypt, without allowing their return. Egyptian officials have stressed their opposition to any plans by Tel Aviv to implement a project to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
Badr Abdelatty, the country’s Foreign Minister, stated that the Rafah crossing will never become a gateway for expelling Palestinians from Gaza and serves only as a means to deliver humanitarian aid to residents. Speaking at a meeting in Doha, he also noted that the Zionist regime is violating the ceasefire daily and called for international forces to be stationed in the Gaza Strip to monitor the situation.
