According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Douglas Poundau, a senior fellow at the Ketu Institute for Defense, has indicated that U.S. President Donald Trump himself may not fully comprehend his objectives concerning a conflict with Iran. Poundau described Trump as highly self-satisfied and believing he can dictate the governance of any nation worldwide.

Poundau elaborated that Trump leads an imperialistic nation seeking to impose its will on other countries and determine their leadership. He added that Trump currently appears uncertain about future developments, as both the United States and the Israeli regime stand isolated internationally, with no global partners willing to support them in such a conflict.

This political analyst further stated that numerous countries globally, including those in the Persian Gulf, do not desire a continuation of conflict against Iran, anticipating severe consequences for all parties involved.
