Trump Slams Israeli President Herzog, Defends Netanyahu

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has sharply criticized Israeli President Isaac Herzog, accusing him of dishonesty and failing to pardon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Trump’s strong remarks come amid ongoing efforts to influence legal proceedings against Netanyahu.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, former U.S. President Donald Trump has once again launched a fierce attack on Isaac Herzog, the President of the Israeli regime, for his alleged failure to pardon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Trump severely insulted Herzog in his statements.

Trump accused Herzog of lying and disregarding his promises to pardon Benjamin Netanyahu. Speaking to Channel 14 of the Israeli regime’s television, Trump stated, “Doesn’t your weak president pardon him? He promised me many times he would do it, but he lied.”

Trump described Herzog as a weak and pathetic individual, asserting that Netanyahu should focus on the war rather than trivial matters. The former U.S. President has repeatedly attempted to prevent the trial of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israeli courts on charges of financial and economic corruption.

On February 13, Herzog announced that the issue of pardoning Netanyahu was under consideration and would be examined irrespective of domestic and international pressures. Earlier this month, Trump reiterated his accusations against Herzog, calling him a “disgrace” and vowing to expose him.
