Finnish Politician Warns of Consequences of Arms Supplies to Ukraine

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, in remarks reported by Mehr News Agency and citing RIA Novosti, Armando Mema, a Finnish politician and member of the Freedom Coalition party, asserted that the European Union has repeatedly crossed red lines by financing the war and sending lethal weapons to Ukraine.
Mema added that Russia has once again demonstrated its readiness for dialogue with Europe and hopes that the conflict can be resolved through diplomatic channels.
Relations between Russia and the European Union have deteriorated significantly since the commencement of the war in Ukraine. Peace negotiations concerning Ukraine have thus far yielded no results, with both sides appearing unwilling to compromise on contentious issues.
Moscow has accused Brussels of obstructing peace talks and of providing financial and military support to Ukraine in its conflict against Russia.
