China Imposes Sanctions on Dozens of American Companies in Government Procurement Ban

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, China has placed sanctions on dozens of American companies, prohibiting their products from being used in government purchases. The Ministry of Finance issued a statement today, Monday, announcing that entities responsible for state procurement are forbidden from acquiring goods from these 46 U.S. firms. Among the sanctioned companies are prominent defense contractors Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, known for their involvement in missile and military product manufacturing. The directive explicitly states that these measures do not extend to companies with American investments operating within China.
