Martyr Leader’s Body Arrives at Tehran’s Grand Mosque for Public Farewell

The revered body of Martyr Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei and his family has been placed at Tehran’s Grand Mosque for a public farewell. Mourning citizens gathered to pay their final respects after four months.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the revered body of Martyr Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Ummah, and his esteemed family have been placed in a prominent location at Tehran’s Grand Mosque for the public’s final farewell. Mourning citizens, deeply saddened by the loss of their Martyr Leader, have converged at the mosque to bid farewell to their leader after a four-month period.

Tasnim News Agency reported that prayers are scheduled to be offered over the martyr leader’s body at the Grand Mosque on Sunday morning. Furthermore, mourning crowds will participate in the funeral procession of the martyr leader of the Ummah in Tehran on Monday morning, July 7th. On Tuesday, July 8th, his revered body will be taken to Qom for funeral rites and prayers.

On Wednesday, July 9th, the martyr leader’s body will be brought to the shrine of Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him) in Najaf, as well as the holy shrines of Karbala, the mausoleum of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and Hazrat Abbas (peace be upon him), for circumambulation and procession.

On Thursday, July 10th, the revered body of the martyr leader of the Ummah will be interred at the shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon him).
