Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces Urge Citizens to Attend Martyr Leader’s Funeral
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) have released a special video message, paying tribute to the esteemed position of the martyr leader of the revolution. The PMF has invited the Islamic Ummah and the Iraqi people to attend the funeral ceremony as a means of renewing their covenant with the aspirations of this great mujahid.
Part of the epic message, which reflects the devotion of resistance groups to the martyr leader, states: “In this coffin rests the master of the era and the commander of honor and dignity; a leader as great as the mountains, a man as vast as the world. Although the weight of this coffin may be light, the shoulders of all Adam’s children are incapable of bearing the immensity and grandeur of its owner.”
This call has generated a wave of messages indicating readiness to participate in the funeral ceremony among the Iraqi people.
Furthermore, Iraqi officials announced that the provinces of Muthanna, Baghdad, Najaf, Karbala, Babil, Dhi Qar, Basra, Maysan, and Wasit will be closed on Wednesday of this week, corresponding to July 8th (Tir 17th), to facilitate the participation of residents from these provinces in the funeral procession of the Grand Ayatollah Martyr Sayyid Ali Khamenei.
