Russia Condemns US, Israeli Actions Against Iran; Cites Ukraine War Impact

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that unjustified escalation by the United States and Israel against Iran has deprived the global market of one-fifth of its oil and one-third of its gas. The ministry emphasized that Kyiv poses military threats to countries in the Black Sea region, noting that Ukrainian armed forces have attacked 214 civilian ships flying various national flags in the Black Sea this year.
Regarding the Ukraine war, the ministry asserted that France, Germany, and Britain are contributing to the escalation of the crisis. Russia’s response to attacks by Ukrainian armed forces using British weaponry could include targeting British military installations both within and outside Ukraine. Moscow urged London to cease its confrontational and hostile approach, which could lead to a further intensification of the conflict in Ukraine.
Concerning Armenia, the Russian Foreign Ministry commented that there is a suppression of political forces in Armenia advocating for strengthened ties with Russia, which is contrary to the desires of Armenian society. On the subject of Bashar al-Assad, the ministry stated that his reception in Russia was purely for humanitarian reasons.
