Israeli Forces Conduct Military Raids in Southern Syria

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, local Syrian sources in Quneitra, southern Syria, announced that an Israeli military unit comprising five vehicles departed from an Israeli military base in the Tel Ahmar region and entered the village of Ayn al-Abd in Quneitra province. This base was established by Israeli forces on Syrian territory following the downfall of the former Syrian regime.
Sources in Daraa province also reported that Israeli soldiers stationed at the Al-Jazeera barracks near the village of Ma’arah in the Yarmouk Basin area fired towards the western parts of the village. No reports of casualties among the village residents have been released so far.
The skies over the Yarmouk Basin and other border regions between Syria and occupied Palestine were also observed to have Israeli Air Force activity yesterday.
