Finland Approves 34th Defense Support Package for Ukraine

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Finnish President Alexander Stubb announced on Tuesday the approval of the 34th support package intended to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The announcement was made based on data published by the Mehr News Agency, quoting Anadolu Agency.
In a post on the social media platform X, the Finnish President stated that Ukraine is preparing for the upcoming winter and requires all available support. Finland‘s decision today to send its 34th support package, comprising defense equipment and valued at 290 million euros (334 million dollars), underscores this commitment.
President Stubb further claimed that this package includes items that Ukraine had urgently requested. He asserted, “Ukraine’s defensive struggle has now entered its fifth year. We support Kyiv because it is the morally right thing to do and is linked to the security of all of Europe and, consequently, the security of Finland.”
