Yemen Forces Poised to Seize Strategic Terba Region in Taiz

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the director of Al Mayadeen network’s office in Yemen has emphasized that civilian and residential areas in Sana’a have been targeted during Saudi-led aggressions against the Yemeni capital. Reports have also emerged detailing the advance of Yemeni armed forces toward the strategic Terba region in Taiz Governorate, with expectations that control of this area will fall to Yemeni forces within the coming hours.

The director of Al Mayadeen’s Yemen bureau further stated that Yemeni forces’ dominance over this key strategic region would pave the way for controlling other parts of Taiz Governorate. In a related development, Ahmed Al-Musawi, the acting governor of Taiz, announced that mercenaries affiliated with Saudi Arabia have closed the province’s checkpoints, which had been used for the emergency passage of citizens.
