Yemen’s Armed Forces Foil Saudi-Mercenary Advance in Al-Waziyah Front

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, stated that their forces successfully thwarted an advance by Saudi-backed mercenaries towards their positions in the southwestern Al-Waziyah area. The mercenary forces were reportedly pushed back without achieving any significant territorial gains.

Saree further elaborated that during the counter-operation, several military vehicles and armored personnel carriers belonging to the Saudi mercenaries were destroyed. Dozens of enemy combatants were reported killed or wounded.

The spokesperson added that gathering points for mercenaries attempting to reinforce their beleaguered units were targeted with ballistic missiles. These strikes were described as precise and direct, inflicting substantial casualties among the mercenary ranks.
