The Kremlin official also mentioned India’s readiness to assist in resolving the Ukraine issue, a gesture for which Moscow expresses gratitude to New Delhi. Regarding the Irkutsk region, it is important to note that the World Health Organization recently reported no signs of new infections at the “Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute” in Siberia.
