Multiple Explosions Heard in Riyadh; Yemen Armed Forces Issue Warnings

Multiple explosions were reported in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Yemen’s armed forces issuing a strong warning to international airlines concerning flights over Saudi airspace.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, multiple explosions were heard in Riyadh earlier today, as reported by the French News Agency based on data published by Mehr News Agency.

Details regarding the destination and nature of the attacks on Riyadh, as well as any potential casualties, have not yet been released.

The Yemeni armed forces have not yet officially confirmed their involvement in these attacks.

Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, stated in his latest press release this morning that an enemy Saudi aircraft was shot down with appropriate weaponry while conducting hostile actions in the skies of Taiz Governorate.

The statement also emphasized that King Khalid Airport in Riyadh was targeted with a ballistic missile as part of the Yemeni armed forces’ retaliatory responses against the aggressions of Saudi invaders on the country’s territory. The missile accurately hit its target, disrupting the airport’s operations.

Saree added, “We warn all international airlines for the last time about the consequences of continuing their flights in Saudi Arabian airspace.”
