Zelensky Claims Ukraine Received No US Warning on Ballistic Missile Launch

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kyiv again received no warning from its Western partners regarding a ballistic missile launch last night. This marks the second instance where Ukraine has not received such a heads-up.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Kyiv did not receive any warning from its Western partners regarding a ballistic missile launch last night. This is the second time Ukraine has not received such a warning.

In a message posted on Telegram, Zelensky stated, “Our partners did not issue a warning about the ballistic missile launch. This is the second time Ukraine has not received such a warning.”

Previously, Zelensky had indicated in an interview with NPR that Washington had warned of the possibility of suspending intelligence sharing with Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainian commanders at the military level were also informed of such a possibility.

Politico reported on October 13th that U.S. President Donald Trump might halt Washington’s intelligence support for Kyiv or, by pressuring Elon Musk, cut off Ukraine’s access to the Starlink satellite internet service, a critical resource heavily relied upon by the Ukrainian military.
