Saudi Airstrike Targets Plastic Manufacturing Plant in Yemen Taiz Province

Saudi fighter jets have launched an airstrike targeting a plastic manufacturing workshop in the Taiz province of Yemen, marking a continuing pattern of attacks on civilian infrastructure.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Saudi military aircraft carried out an aerial bombardment targeting a plastic production facility located in the Shar’ab area of western Taiz city.

This incident is not an isolated event regarding strikes on Yemen’s civilian infrastructure and non-military targets. Just a day prior, correspondents in Taiz reported that a separate Saudi coalition assault on a local market resulted in numerous civilian casualties, leaving several individuals dead or wounded.

Over recent days, Saudi fighter jets have intensified their operations, conducting multiple airstrikes that heavily damaged the faculty of medicine at Al-Hodeidah University in western Yemen.

Reports indicate that vital non-military sites, including educational institutions, mosques, petroleum infrastructure, power plants, communication networks, and various manufacturing workshops across Yemen, have consistently been targeted in the ongoing air campaign.
