Furthermore, Peter Yakab, Regional Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, congratulated the government and people of Iran on Iran’s National Day.

In another part of his speech, Yakab pointed to the growing trend of Iran-Hungary relations and the close relations between the two ministers. He listed foreign affairs as one of the positive factors in pursuing various issues in the relations between the two countries.
He further pointed to the developing cultural relations between the two countries and the sisterhood between the 3 cities of Iran and Hungary. He said: Currently, a significant number of Iranian students are studying in Hungarian universities, and by allocating 100 scholarships for Iranian students, scientific relations between the two countries are developing.
In this ceremony At the initiative of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with the participation of students and Iranians living in Hungary, an exhibition of handicrafts, carpets and rugs, dates, pistachios, saffron and various dried fruits was exposed to the audience and was welcomed by them.
