Brigadier Yahya Saree, spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, announced today that the country’s army targeted a British ship “RUBYMAR” in the Gulf of Aden.

According to Al-Masirah network, he said: In support of the oppression of the Palestinian people in Gaza and in response to the aggression against Yemen, the Yemeni Navy targeted this ship with suitable naval missiles.

Yahya Saari quickly announced: With God’s help, this attack was carried out directly and accurately.

He informed about the severe damage to this ship and the safe evacuation of its crew and said: This ship is unable to move and is in danger of sinking.

Yahya Saree also announced that the Yemeni army intercepted and shot down the MQ9 drone that was carrying out hostile actions in Hodeidah.

The spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces also added: The armed forces of our country will continue to implement their decision to prevent the movement of Israeli ships towards the ports of occupied Palestine until the end of the aggression and the lifting of the blockade of Gaza.

Previously, a source in the Yemeni Navy, in an interview with Al Jazeera, reported that this British ship had suffered severe damage.

Some sources have also reported the evacuation of the crew of the targeted ship in Yemen’s “Al Mokha” port.

According to media reports, the targeted ship in the south of Al-Mukha was coming from the UAE.

Yemen, in support of Gaza, started its attacks on October 31 and carried out dozens of operations after that. The efforts have gone further and following the stupidity of the American coalition by carrying out attacks on different areas of Yemen, Sanaa has expanded its goals and now includes American and British ships.

Experts in this regard believe that the unprecedented operation of the Yemeni army, in addition to hindering the efforts of the United States and England to break the naval blockade of the Zionist regime, showed the military power that Washington was unaware of and actually messed up its equations. .
