Bolivia's foreign ministry confirmed that there is enough evidence to try the Israeli prime minister and his associates for crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court. |
Bolivia condemned the genocidal crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza and called for an immediate ceasefire while the war in the Gaza Strip is approaching 5 months and has left more than 30,000 Palestinian martyrs.
Bolivia’s foreign ministry confirmed in a statement that there is enough evidence to try Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his associates for crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICJ).
Bolivia strongly condemns the attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip and deplores the obstruction of humanitarian aid. This action violates the provisions of the Geneva Convention and the order of the International Court of Justice to stop the attacks, release the hostages and guarantee humanitarian aid.
The Bolivian Foreign Ministry also asked the United Nations, the Security Council and the international community to take “immediate measures to stop this killing”.
The Bolivian government condemned this horrible crime as a “cruel and cowardly act, contrary to all norms of international law, humanitarian law and human rights”.
Last October, Bolivia severed all relations with the occupying Israeli regime due to war crimes in Gaza.
Referring to the recent killing of the people of Gaza by the Zionist regime, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that time has shown that our decision as a country to cut ties with Israel due to genocide was correct. This is the path that compatible countries should follow in the fight against neo-colonialism. The international community cannot ignore the seriousness of these events and must join other countries in condemning and demanding justice. At the end of this statement, it is stated: We embrace the Palestinian people and government and demand an immediate ceasefire.
On Thursday, more than 100 Palestinians who had gathered to receive aid packages on Al-Rashid Street, west of Gaza City, were martyred and dozens of others were injured in a brutal attack by the Zionist regime.
