Al-Mayadeen, today (Saturday), quoted his correspondent in southern Lebanon as saying that this vehicle of the United Nations forces was patrolling in the Ramish region and was targeted.
According to this report, the passengers of this car, who had Norwegian and Spanish citizenship, were injured in this attack.
Some sources say that 3 officers with Australian, Chilean, and Norwegian citizenship were present in this car.
Al-Mayadeen also added that a Lebanese translator was also present in this car and was injured.
The occupants of the car have been transferred to the “Tairi” area in southern Lebanon for treatment, and there is no further information about their condition.
The UN peacekeeping forces have not yet officially published a statement on this matter.
Israeli planes this morning also attacked areas in southern Lebanon.
