reported Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, French police forces stormed the main building of the “Science Poe” University in the center of Paris, where a group of students had started a sit-in to end the Gaza war.
One of the students of this university confirmed to Reuters that the police are tightening their control over the protesters.
The French government has also announced the closure and complete evacuation of this university.
The French police beat a number of protesting students in front of the Sciences Po University in Paris.
The French government claimed that Gabriel Etal, the Prime Minister of this country, at the request of the director university institutions, has asked the police to intervene.
According to local sources, a similar demonstration was held at the University of Leon to declare support for Palestine and Gaza.
