The head of the 4th Asia and Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country conveyed the strong protest of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the irresponsible action of Australia in applying these illegal and unjustified sanctions.
The head of the Fourth Department of Asia and the Pacific of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized in this meeting that the Islamic Republic of Iran reserves the right to retaliate.
Embassy Charge d’Affaires In this meeting, Australia announced that it will transfer the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Canberra as soon as possible.

Also, the Australian Foreign Minister said that Amir Hatami, the former Minister of Defense Mehdi Gogerdchian, the CEO of Iran Aircraft Industries Company and Gholam Ali Rashid, the commander of the Khatam-ul-Anbiya headquarters are on the sanctions list. The plane and an Iranian communications technology company were also targeted by Australia’s hostile sanctions.
