The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced on Tuesday that the second phase of the exercise focused on the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons by the forces of Russia and Belarus has begun.

The statement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia states that “based on the decision of the President of Russia (Vladimir Putin), the second phase of the exercise of non-strategic nuclear forces has begun.” In this exercise, joint training of units from the armed forces of Russia and Belarus will be conducted.
