Germany: Ukraine can attack Russia’s border areas

German Chancellor Olaf Schultz announced in a press conference in this country that Germany has decided to allow Ukraine to use German weapons to enter Russian territory on the border of the region. Kharkiv to attack to prevent Russian advance around the city.
