report Mehr News Agency quoted by Riannosti news agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov today Monday in a joint press conference with Shahib Mohsen Al-Zandani, his Yemeni counterpart in Moscow, said in a speech: Kiev’s requests from the West to obtain permission to use “Shadow of the Storm” missiles against Russian soil are blackmail.
The Russian Foreign Minister continued in this press conference: Talks about Ukraine’s possible use of “Shadow of Storm” missiles to attack deep into Russian soil are playing with fire. The doctrine of using nuclear weapons by Russia is now under review.
Lavrov also said about the arrest of Telegram owner Durov: Moscow-Paris relations are at their lowest level. Russia is waiting for France’s response to Moscow’s note on Durov’s detention. Moscow’s note is under review.
