Egypt: The ceasefire in Lebanon should be a prelude to stopping the war in Gaza

report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry issued a statement and announced: We welcome the realization of the ceasefire in Lebanon and we emphasize that this step will reduce tension in the region.
In the continuation of this statement, it is stated: We also emphasize the high importance of respecting the sovereignty of Lebanon and not interfering in the internal affairs of this country. The ceasefire in this country should be a prelude to stopping Israel’s aggression against Gaza.
Egyptian Foreign Ministry added: It is very important to eliminate tension in the region and regional crises have no military solution.
Earlier, Muhammad Abdus Salam, the spokesman of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, emphasized: Lebanon was able to achieve another victory thanks to the resistance and stability of the nation, the army and the fighters.
He added: “If the Zionist enemy did not see the stubborn resistance of the Lebanese fighters, he would not agree to the ceasefire.”
