The latest developments in Syria; Russian attacks against terrorist positions in Aleppo continue

report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Mayadeen, two Syrian military sources said in an interview with Reuters that Damascus is waiting for the deployment of Russian military equipment at Hmeimim Air Base in Syria within the next 72 hours.
Al-Mayadeen network reporter also reported that terrorist elements have taken control of more than 40% of the western neighborhoods of the city of Aleppo in northern Syria.
A military source also announced the closure of Aleppo airport and the cancellation of all flights at this airport.
Al Jazeera’s reporter reported that clashes between terrorists and Syrian army forces have continued around Aleppo and the city’s military academy for the past few hours.
According to this report, the air attacks of the Russian forces against different areas of Aleppo, including Mar’e in the west of Aleppo, have also continued. Al Jazeera’s reporter claimed that the terrorists in Syria have taken control of 20 neighborhoods in Aleppo, but they have not yet officially announced that they have taken full control of this city.
