This media reported that Muhammad al-Bashir, who ruled Idlib for many years, will become the prime minister of the transitional government and will be tasked with forming the transitional cabinet.

This was announced after a meeting between Ahmed Al-Shara, Al-Bashir and Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Jalali to advance matters.
