Sharov predicted that in the next three to four years, the level of trade between Iran and Russia will reach $ 2 billion from the current figure to about $ 2 billion.

According to this report, the agreement to create a free trade zone between Iran and the Eurasia Economic Union will be implemented on May 5. According to the provisions of this document, customs tariffs will be lifted more than 5 % of the goods exchange between Iran and the member states – including Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
