Turkey’s ASELSAN Expands Military Cooperation with Egypt
ASELSAN, a leading Turkish defense company, has opened a representative office in Egypt to enhance military cooperation between the two nations.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Turkey‘s ASELSAN has established a presence in Egypt to bolster joint military initiatives. The move aims to facilitate the provision of services and technical support to the Egyptian armed forces while concentrating on the development and production of shared defense systems.
Ahmed Akyol, the company’s general manager, highlighted the step as a significant move toward a new era of collaboration with Egypt. Since 2023, military cooperation between Egypt and Turkey has been on a growth trajectory.
