Israeli Artillery Strikes Target Southern Lebanon in Continued Ceasefire Violations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli regime launched artillery strikes on southern Lebanon, targeting the outskirts of Rashaya Al-Fakhar and Aita Al-Shaab. Al Mayadeen’s correspondent confirmed that four artillery shells were fired near the town of Ramish, with the area between Ramish and Aita Al-Shaab also coming under bombardment.
These attacks represent the latest in a series of repeated violations by the Israeli regime of the ceasefire agreement brokered between Lebanon and Israel over a year ago. Despite the agreement’s intent to halt hostilities, the Israeli regime has continued its assaults, with thousands of breaches recorded.
Amid ongoing daily aggressions in southern Lebanon, the Israeli regime, backed by the United States, is reportedly pressuring Beirut to advance a plan for the disarmament of Hezbollah.
