Zionist Settlers Attack Mosque Entrance in West Bank

Zionist settlers set fire to the entrance of a mosque in the West Bank, escalating tensions in the region. This incident follows a documented increase in settler violence against Palestinian territories.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Jazeera reported that Zionist settlers torched the entrance of a mosque situated between the villages of Tal and Surra, west of Nablus in the northern West Bank. The attackers aimed to fully incinerate the mosque but were unsuccessful.

This incident is not an isolated event, as Zionist settlers have previously engaged in arson attacks against mosques in the West Bank. The Hebrew-language newspaper Haaretz, citing reports from the Israeli police, acknowledged a 23% surge in settler attacks across the West Bank in January compared to the previous year.
