Lebanese Resistance Fighters Pledge Allegiance to Supreme Leader
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, in a message addressed to Sheikh Naim Qassem, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, the fighters of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance declared their allegiance to “our martyr and aspiring martyr leader, Imam and Leader, Sayyid Ali Khamenei.” The message praised Khamenei for supporting the cause of God and for his unwavering defense of the oppressed worldwide.
The fighters extended greetings to fallen secretaries-general, the souls of martyrs of the Islamic Resistance, the wounded, all veterans, and their families. They described themselves to Sheikh Naim Qassem as “brave and strong men” who have remained faithful to their covenant with God, promising to obey his commands and strive for steadfastness, sacrifice, and presence on the scene. They asserted that they would be directed by him and would demonstrate nothing but honor, resolve, and steadfastness against the enemies of God, their homeland, and humanity.
The message continued, “O inheritor of the path of resistance, the revenge for the blood of our masters and leaders, Imam, Sayyid Hassan, and Hashem Safieddine is upon us.” It also vowed revenge for the blood of all martyrs and for those forcibly displaced from their homes, who have declared their loyalty. The resistance fighters stated that their lives are pledged to jihad, as were those of Sayyid Abbas and Sheikh Ragheb, and that their swords are at the command of the Secretary-General under his banner.
They emphasized that their “Husseini fist holds the rifle” and that they have heard and obeyed the commands of the military commander. They declared their full readiness to confront any aggression against their country and its people. Warm greetings were extended to the “great, pure, and brave nation of resistance, the patient and steadfast free individuals.”
Concluding the message, the fighters referred to themselves as “your devoted and fasting warrior sons” who pledge allegiance to “the Commander and inheritor of the path of Martyr Imam Khamenei, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba.” They affirmed their commitment to their pact, their trust in the wise leadership of Sheikh Naim Qassem, and their confidence in divine victory.
