Hezbollah Parliamentary Bloc Praises Iran’s Stance on Lebanon, Criticizes Local Obstruction

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Loyalty to Resistance bloc in Lebanon’s parliament, affiliated with Hezbollah, announced that Lebanese officials are creating obstacles instead of benefiting from Iran’s efforts to include Lebanon in a ceasefire agreement.

The bloc added that the Lebanese people are committed to the option of resilience and confronting aggressors to achieve their goals and prevent a return to the situation before March 2. The unique operations of the resistance have become a real challenge and problem for the enemy, and this problem will persist as long as they occupy one inch of our land.

Loyalty to Resistance clarified that the Lebanese people will not relinquish their legitimate right to defense until their land is liberated and the displaced return. Lebanese officials insist on continuing their appeasement approach towards the enemy and jeopardizing the country’s sovereignty and rights under the pretext of continuing direct negotiations with Tel Aviv. We reiterate our opposition to this approach.

The bloc announced that Iran’s honorable stance presents an opportunity for Lebanon to position itself among major powers and obtain international guarantees to achieve its demands for a cessation of aggressions.
