Israeli Attacks on Lebanon Leave 27 Dead and Injured
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health has announced that an Israeli attack on the Dair Zahrani region in Nabatieh on Sunday morning caused at least eight fatalities and left 19 individuals wounded. The casualties included nine women and five children.
News sources also reported on Saturday about Israeli assaults on the outskirts of Dibbine town in Marjayoun and the villages of Kfar Shuba and Chebaa in southern Lebanon. The town of Majdal Zoun in southern Lebanon was also bombed multiple times by Israeli warplanes.
Israeli fighter jets bombed a 12-story building in the Al-Bayad neighborhood of Nabatieh city in southern Lebanon, which was completely destroyed. The town of Habshiyeh was also targeted. The Israeli artillery forces shelled the town of Nabatieh El Tahta with banned phosphorus projectiles.
