Iraqi Political Activist Declares US Unreliable Amid Security Concerns

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ali Al-Fatlawi, an Iraqi political activist, emphasized that the American side is not trustworthy, asserting that the U.S. has not fulfilled its commitments under security agreements with Iraq.
Al-Fatlawi further elaborated that the most significant example of this is the United States’ failure to adhere to the terms of the strategic agreement with Baghdad.
He stated that Iraq continues to face serious dangers both internally and externally. He pointed to the extensive military presence of Turkey and violations of the country’s sovereignty, noting that some reports indicate the existence of 183 Turkish bases in northern Iraq.
The activist also commented on the continued presence of American bases in Iraq, including those at Victory and Harir, suggesting that these bases necessitate the Iraqi resistance forces maintaining their weapons until these legitimate and justified concerns are addressed.
