Regional Power Balance Shifts Favoring Resistance Front, Analysts Say

Recent regional developments indicate a clear shift in the power balance, diminishing the imposing capabilities of the United States and the Israeli regime, a trend analysts suggest is ushering the region into a new phase centered on the deterrence of the resistance.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the accelerating regional transformations are revealing clear signs of a shift in the power balance and a decline in the imposing capabilities of the United States and the Israeli regime. Analysts believe this trend is paving the way for the region to enter a new phase, revolving around the deterrence provided by the resistance.

In this context, Ali Humeia, a strategic and political affairs analyst and researcher, stated that the increased power of the resistance front has altered all previous equations. He added that Hezbollah’s steadfastness in southern Lebanon has also strengthened the unity of path and destiny among resistance forces.

Speaking to Al Masirah TV, Humeia elaborated, “The Islamic Republic of Iran today possesses significant strategic power capacities and components. Furthermore, the role played by Ansar Allah in Bab al-Mandab has impacted international energy security and trade equations.”

Humeia noted that the United States is currently more focused on containing its accumulated losses in the region than on achieving new gains. He added, “The Islamic Republic of Iran enters any negotiation process from a position of strength, aiming to safeguard its achievements.” He also emphasized that Iran’s deterrence has caused serious shifts in the calculations of the United States and the Israeli regime, leading Washington to act with greater caution regarding any new adventurism in the region.

Hussein Royvaran, an Iranian writer and researcher, also commented on the failure of the recent American-Israeli aggression to achieve its declared objectives. He said this failure has further exposed the rifts and disagreements between Washington and Tel Aviv.

In his conversation with Al Masirah TV, Royvaran pointed out, “Neither the American side nor the Israeli regime could achieve their objectives on the ground, nor at the political and security levels. This has placed significant limitations on the option of escalating tensions and war.”

Royvaran stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran approaches any dialogue from a position of authority. He stated, “Tehran will not accept any external pressure or dictation, and any understanding can only be credible if it has a clear and official framework.”

Concluding his remarks, he highlighted the contradictory positions of American officials, describing this situation as a sign of Washington’s confusion following its recent strategic failure. He emphasized, “Today, the region is witnessing the consolidation of new equations more than ever before, in which the role of the resistance front has become more prominent than in the past.”
