US Military Analyst: Washington Disappointed with Ukraine, Russia in Position of Strength

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Scott Ritter, a military analyst and former US Marine intelligence officer, emphasized that the United States is feeling disappointed with Ukraine, noting that the country is resorting to any means necessary to continue the war with Russia.

Ritter had previously stated that Russia is in a position of strength and has achieved battlefield victories. He warned that a very frightening scenario could unfold as the war in Ukraine enters a new phase. Ritter elaborated that Russia’s economy is stable, and the country has initiated active diplomacy abroad. Moscow has adopted a multipolar strategy to counter American hegemony, thus holding the upper hand in economic and political arenas.

Ritter further asserted that NATO, in contrast, is significantly weakened and incapable of resisting Russia. He stated that NATO lacks the resources and capabilities to undertake any meaningful action, predicting that Russia will undoubtedly emerge victorious in this conflict.
