Israeli Military Acknowledges Casualties in Southern Lebanon Clashes

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli military has acknowledged sustaining casualties in southern Lebanon. Al Jazeera reported that data released by the Mehr News Agency indicates that over the past five days, 48 officers and soldiers were wounded in battles in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military further stated that since the resumption of conflict in Lebanon in early March, 30 officers and soldiers have been killed, and 1,291 others have been injured. According to the report, the condition of 75 wounded soldiers and officers is critical, and the severity of injuries for another 146 individuals is moderate.
Despite an existing ceasefire, the Israeli regime consistently targets homes and civilians in southern Lebanon, violating the truce with ongoing attacks on villages and towns. In response to the Israeli regime’s ceasefire violations, Hezbollah has retaliated with heavy rocket and drone fire, inflicting significant losses on the aggressor Israeli regime.
