Bahrain Activates Air Defense Systems Amid Retaliatory Strikes

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Mayadeen television network reported the activation of air defense systems in Bahrain. Earlier, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army had announced retaliatory strikes against the U.S. Fifth Naval Fleet stationed in Bahrain.
The Public Relations Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army stated that in response to the violation of the ceasefire and the aggression by the U.S. terrorist army in southern regions of the country, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army targeted the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain with various types of destructive drones. Communication antennas and radar facilities of the Fifth Fleet’s Patriot system were reportedly hit during this wave of drone attacks.
In its announcement, the Army declared: “Alongside other armed forces, we are prepared to confront the enemy until our last breath and will not stand down until the invading enemy is punished.”
