Russia’s FSB Detains Three Ukrainian Agents Planning Attacks

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the apprehension of three Ukrainian agents across various Russian regions, who were allegedly preparing to carry out sabotage and terrorist acts against Russian military personnel and infrastructure.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia‘s Federal Security Service (FSB) has announced the arrest of three Ukrainian agents in different parts of the country. The FSB stated that the individuals were apprehended with homemade explosives made from foreign-sourced flexible materials, as well as ignition devices. This operation reportedly thwarted planned sabotage and terrorist activities targeting members of Russia’s armed forces, a volunteer organization supporting participants in the special military operation, and critical transport and energy infrastructure in the Tyumen Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, and the Republic of Adygea.

The FSB’s public relations center indicated that security services identified and neutralized the illegal activities in their early stages. It emphasized that anyone found to be involved in such crimes will be identified and prosecuted, facing penalties that could include life imprisonment.
