Ninth Iraqi Province Declares Holiday for Martyr Leader’s Funeral

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the office of the governor of Muthanna province in Iraq announced that Governor Muhannad Al-Atabi has declared next Wednesday a public holiday. The statement indicated that the purpose of this decision is to provide an opportunity for the people of Muthanna province to participate in the funeral ceremony for the martyred Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.

Prior to this announcement, the provinces of Baghdad, Najaf, Karbala, Babil, Dhi Qar, Basra, Maysan, and Wasit had also declared Wednesday a holiday.
