Millions Mourn Slain Iranian Leader in Najaf Procession

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the body of the martyred leader of Iran was laid to rest today in Najaf, attended by millions of Iraqis. The procession commenced at 6:00 AM in Najaf Al-Ashraf, with countless Iraqis gathering to mourn the fallen leader.

The ceremony saw a massive and enthusiastic participation from the Iraqi populace, alongside several Iraqi politicians, and continued for several hours. The leader’s body was eventually brought to the shrine of Imam Ali (AS) at midday, where mourners carried the coffin and performed circumambulation of the holy shrine.

Following the procession, funeral prayers for the martyred leader of Iran were led by Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammed Taqi Al-Hakim at the shrine of Imam Ali (AS).
