Iraqi Resistance Affirms Adherence to Imam Khamenei’s Path Following Million-Strong Mourning
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by Mehr News Agency and reported by Qiyam-e Post, Iraqi resistance groups have released a statement in response to the million-strong funeral procession for the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in Iraq’s holy cities. The statement declared that the proud people of Iraq, in a historic and exceptional period marked by the highest meanings of loyalty and reaffirmation of commitment, have staged a magnificent event befitting the greatness of the martyred leader, Imam Seyed Ali Khamenei (may God sanctify his soul).
The statement further added that through their million-strong presence at his funeral in Najaf Ashraf and Karbala Moalla, the Iraqi people have proven that the authentic Iraqi nation remains steadfast in its path of resistance and will continue this great martyr’s path of jihad in confronting global arrogance.
The Iraqi Islamic resistance groups emphasized their steadfastness and commitment to the method of resistance. They cautioned their enemies that the forces of the axis of truth, operating within the jihadist frameworks established by Imam Khamenei, the ‘martyred commander,’ are united as one body. They asserted that hardships will not break them and will only strengthen their resolve to continue their path, aid the oppressed, and expel occupiers from Iraq and the region.
The statement also addressed the weapon of resistance and its legitimacy, asserting that the weapon adorned by the arms of our men on the fields is not negotiable. “We will advance with this weapon to break the chains of dominance and rein in the arrogant,” it declared.
Highlighting that their achievements will not cease, the Iraqi resistance added that they will continue to strive for the quantitative and qualitative development of their military and security capabilities and enhance their readiness to match the scale of the escalating challenges and threats posed by the Zionist-American enemy.
