Iran’s Interior Minister Leads High-Level Delegation to Pakistan
Iran’s Interior Minister, Eskandar Momeni, is set to arrive in Pakistan this evening at the head of a six-minister delegation, according to reports from the Pakistani Interior Ministry. The visit is expected to include a meeting with Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Asim Munir.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iran‘s Interior Minister, Eskandar Momeni, will arrive in Pakistan this afternoon at the head of a high-level delegation comprising six ministers. This information was conveyed to Al Mayadeen by a source within the Pakistani Interior Ministry.
The Pakistani Interior Ministry source further informed Al Mayadeen that the Iranian Interior Minister’s arrival is scheduled for this afternoon. It is anticipated that Momeni will hold a meeting with General Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan.
Al Mayadeen has not yet released further details regarding the specific agenda or discussion points for this meeting.
