Trump Slams Fox News Over Iran Reporting, Reiterates Negotiation Claims
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump, in a message on the social media platform Truth Social, launched a fierce attack on a recent report by Fox News, once again repeating his unfounded claims about Iran’s desire to negotiate and reach an agreement with Washington.
In his message, Trump criticized Fox News correspondent Jonathan Hunt, writing, “Jonathan Hunt of Fox News has provided a highly inaccurate report on Iran. I have no desire for a meeting, rather they are the ones who desire a meeting; in fact, they are begging to reach an agreement!”
The U.S. President also, in another part of the message, lashed out at other anchors on the conservative network, calling for a correction of stances and reports from Fox News’s news personnel.
