Yemeni Forces Liberate Strategic Red Sea Islands Following Advances

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemeni armed forces and the Houthi movement have liberated the strategic islands of Zuqar, Lesser Hanish, and Greater Hanish, located at the mouth of the Bab al-Mandab strait. This development followed the liberation of the Al-Mukha port and subsequent missile and drone assaults targeting positions held by Saudi-backed mercenaries.

The successful offensive resulted in Yemeni forces gaining control of these crucial islands, further solidifying their strategic presence in the Red Sea. Arab media outlets have reported that Yemen has now established control over the significant islands of Zuqar and the Greater and Lesser Hanish archipelago.
