White House Secretly Pushes Saudi Arabia, UAE Towards Unified Military Command Against Yemen’s Ansarullah
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The Guardian reported that the White House is secretly encouraging Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to resolve their internal disputes and form a unified military command to confront the Ansarullah forces in Yemen.
The White House aims to steer Saudi Arabia towards reconciliation and compromise with the UAE.
Earlier, informed sources speaking to Al Mayadeen, referencing efforts by Benjamin Netanyahu, emphasized that the Israeli Prime Minister’s visit to the UAE was intended to provoke the country into re-engaging in Saudi Arabia’s war against Yemen.
During this visit, Netanyahu reportedly expressed hope that the UAE would provide Saudi Arabia with security and intelligence support in this endeavor.
The aforementioned sources clarified that these remarks were made during a direct meeting between Netanyahu and Mohammed bin Zayed, the President of the UAE.
They added that the focus of Mansour bin Zayed’s trip to Saudi Arabia was to deliver Netanyahu’s message to Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, regarding Yemen and to lay the groundwork for a large-scale offensive against the country.
