Moroccans Protest Against Israel, Warn of Al-Aqsa Mosque Danger

Dozens of Moroccan citizens demonstrated in Rabat, expressing solidarity with Palestine and urging an end to normalization with the Israeli regime, while issuing warnings about the threat to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, dozens of Moroccan citizens gathered in front of the Parliament building in Rabat, declaring their support for Palestine and demanding an end to the normalization of relations with the Israeli regime. The participants, holding Palestinian flags, chanted slogans against the crimes of the Israeli regime and in support of the oppressed Palestinian people.

They issued a warning regarding the dangers posed to the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Zionist occupiers, stating that the holy site is at risk of demolition. The protesters questioned the inaction of Arab and Islamic countries in the face of this threat.

In recent days, 45 cities across Morocco have witnessed protests and gatherings against the expansion of diplomatic relations between the country and the Israeli regime, following an announcement to elevate relations to the level of ambassadorial exchanges. A total of 76 protest activities have been organized by Moroccans in 45 cities under the slogans of supporting Palestine and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and opposing the normalization of relations.
