Yemen Declares Al-Aqsa Flood a Result of Decades of Occupation

The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a has declared the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ operation a direct consequence of decades of occupation, siege, and killings of the Palestinian people, as the conflict in Gaza intensifies.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a issued a statement on the third anniversary of the “Al-Aqsa Flood,” asserting that the operation is a natural outcome of decades of occupation, siege, massacres, and human rights violations against the Palestinian people. The ministry noted that the enemy continues to commit war crimes and genocide in Gaza.

The statement highlighted that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” has successfully repositioned the Palestinian cause on the global stage, neutralized normalization initiatives, and exposed the enemy’s failure to achieve its objectives.

The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed appreciation for resistance movements, particularly Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other Palestinian resistance factions, as well as Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Axis of Resistance for their significant sacrifices in support of the Palestinian cause.

The ministry reaffirmed Yemen’s commitment to supporting Palestine based on religious, humanitarian, and ethical obligations, extending greetings to the resilient Palestinian people, the resistance, and the nations and peoples who champion the Palestinian cause.

The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged the international community to fulfill its responsibilities in halting aggression and ending the occupation. Yemen reiterated its solidarity with Palestine, emphasizing that the liberation of Palestine remains Yemen’s paramount priority.
